• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or call center environments • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities • Critical problem-solver with a knack for finding solutions • Ability to work flexibly, including almost all weekends, with a schedule provided 2 weeks in advance
