Requirements

• Proven experience managing or leading technical teams in automation engineering or developer enablement. • Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks for SOA and microservices architectures. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a focus on maintainability and scalability. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform). • In-depth understanding of service integration testing, contract testing, and system reliability testing. • Demonstrated success in measuring and improving DORA metrics across teams. • Experience with cloud-native technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS). • Familiarity with developer tooling and software cataloging tools and practices (e.g., Backstage, SonarQube, IDE plugin development). • Expertise in pipeline technologies and practices, including CI/CD orchestration, artifact management, and automated rollbacks (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Artifactory). • Proficiency with build tools and dependency management systems (e.g., Maven, Gradle, Bazel, npm, Yarn). • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
