Description

• Work with new and existing affiliate managers and affiliate marketing partners to increase the volume and quality of traffic • Analyze affiliate programs of competitors, develop of new advertising materials for partners and analyze impact on conversion • Ensure solid support and transparent communication with all affiliate and partners • Work proactively with new affiliates, mentoring them in all facets of the program • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on standards KPIs such as CR, Inst2Reg, Reg2Dep, Click2Reg, Click2DEP • Carry out systematic checks of affiliates for the quality of the provided traffic and fraud, monitoring the implementation of this procedure • Research and monitor competitor product performance including evaluation of their TOP Geo’s, Bids, Sources • Develop affiliate partner recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns, prepare the annual affiliate campaign calendar and roll-out plans to manage expectations and participation of teams involved • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers, manage multiple campaigns across a varied client base • Participate in product and existing Affiliate Program development and UX exercises, as part of our test-and-learn approach, initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers • Control over payments to partners • Monitor and provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly updates and reports and traffic analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliates and online marketing with a strong network of contacts • Proven achievement metrics-driven record in subscription-based entertainment, niche affiliate partnerships in high-risk industries: gambling, betting, adult, forex, blockchain, crypto currencies, micro- credits and similar • Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments and ambiguity • Understanding of the specifics of Affiliate Marketing: partnership and payment models, traffic quality fraud checks, negotiations, technical knowledge of setting up campaigns • Experience in working with publishers, advertisers, affiliate networks • Understanding of the product funnel and basic conversion metrics • Solid sales and negotiation skills aimed at tangible and transparent results • Strong analytical background • Strong problem-solving skills and business-oriented mindset • Strong soft skills • Engineering background would be considered as an advantage • Business proficient English is a must.
