• Become an important player in our mobile.de Sales Team. • Be the primary point of contact and advocate for the biggest car dealer groups. • Develop long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers. • Coordinate and improve processes to maintain targets while partnering with other account directors. • Develop sales programs to meet our goals while improving data quality. • Plan and execute sales efforts to accomplish goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Sales leadership experience in the automotive sector • Act with transparency in all interactions, building trust and credibility • Take responsibility for decisions and actions, ensuring promises are kept • Inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision and strategic direction • Operational sales background and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and create demand for products and services.
