β’ Become an important player in our mobile.de Sales Team. β’ Be the primary point of contact and advocate for the biggest car dealer groups. β’ Develop long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers. β’ Coordinate and improve processes to maintain targets while partnering with other account directors. β’ Develop sales programs to meet our goals while improving data quality. β’ Plan and execute sales efforts to accomplish goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
π― Requirements
β’ At least 3 years of Sales leadership experience in the automotive sector β’ Act with transparency in all interactions, building trust and credibility β’ Take responsibility for decisions and actions, ensuring promises are kept β’ Inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision and strategic direction β’ Operational sales background and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques β’ Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and create demand for products and services.
