Description

• Develop, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across app and web marketing channels. • Increase user base efficiently and sustainably while managing budgets and optimizing campaigns. • Conduct data analysis and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. • Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources to achieve KPIs. • Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and overall user experience. • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop campaigns and compelling ad creatives. • Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing and mobile app industry. • Manage a small team and communicate strategies, targets, and results effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition — ideally with mobile subscription apps. • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google SEM, Google App Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adjust, etc.). • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Adjust or equivalent MMP is a must. • Self-starter who takes ownership of channels and results, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Capable of balancing tactical, strategic, and creative work, and balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. • Highly attentive to campaign management details, including account structure, match types, and iterative creative optimization. • Willingness to get hands dirty with day-to-day tasks and campaign management, and ability to coach others to do the same. • Ability to create compelling presentations and decks to secure buy-in from stakeholders on marketing plans and strategies. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
