Description

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn • Manage the email marketing calendar, including the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns • Experiment and execute on new channel strategies (webinars, organic social, and digital and event sponsorships) • Develop and manage detailed reporting for traffic, pipeline, revenue, spend, and ROI • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive data analysis and performance metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels • Manage relationships with related vendors/agencies (digital, social, marketing automation), and review/evaluate agency performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of demand gen and/or digital marketing experience at a growing B2B SaaS startup • Extensive experience in email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions • Experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms • Enthusiasm for experimentation and operating in a lean and scrappy manner as we scale our business • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Experience working with startups and/or VCs a plus
