📋 Description

• The Demand Generation Strategist will report to the Direct of Demand Generation and lead the demand gen efforts for a small portfolio of clients. • You will be responsible for translating and executing high-level digital strategies from our account strategy team into robust and compelling outcomes for our clients—generating demand and qualified leads for our clients’ products and services. • You will play a lead role in the client's pipeline creation and revenue generation. • You are expected to have well-rounded, expert-level demand generation skills beyond inbound marketing. • You will work closely with the SmartBug account strategist and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation strategy and execution. • Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem. • Deep knowledge of demand gen strategies outside of inbound marketing. • Experience with additional digital tools (Google Ads, WordPress, Social Posting and Monitoring, etc.). • Experience in setting and achieving annual and quarterly goals for clients. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive and productive team spirit without sacrificing client goals and adhering to SmartBug values. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to ensure high client satisfaction and retention and achieve demand generation, lead generation and ROI goals. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
