📋 Description

• Lead and motivate Local Coordinators to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring high-quality and timely student placements. • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly. • Oversee sales plans, targets, and forecasts, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. • Identify and implement improvements to placement processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. • Serve as the primary point of contact between Local Coordinators and other departments or external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination. • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team or related to placement activities. • Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management. • Provide regular updates on team performance, program outcomes, and any issues or challenges. • Ensure the team adheres to best practices and company policies. • Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding program support processes, procedures, and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or related fields. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Experience with volunteer management is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases (Salesforce experience preferred). • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving) and culture. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to overcome challenges.
