β’ Lead and motivate Local Coordinators to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring high-quality and timely student placements. β’ Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. β’ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly. β’ Identify and implement improvements to placement processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact between Local Coordinators and other departments or external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination. β’ Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management. β’ Ensure the team adheres to best practices and company policies.
β’ Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or related fields. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. β’ Experience with volunteer management is a plus. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases (Salesforce experience preferred). β’ Ability to embrace CIEEβs Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving) and culture. β’ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to overcome challenges.
