Description

• Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists. • Empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling, positioning Adobe Firefly as a key component in customers’ creative transformation journey. • Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly. • Manage monthly solution-level reporting, pipeline development, and market trend analysis. • Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem. • Coordinate with the marketing team to drive targeted marketing and public relations activities. • Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a clear track record of exceeding sales quotas and expanding market share. • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals, with a strong focus on coaching and career progression. • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly with CMOs and digital leaders, highlighting Adobe’s unique value proposition. • Ability to guide the team in crafting tailored, win-win proposals that demonstrate Adobe Firefly’s value in generative AI. • Skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing sophisticated deals in new areas, leveraging a well-developed network. • Proven track record to drive operational efficiencies in a start-up-like environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and outstanding negotiation skills. • Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining focus and organization in the face of shifting priorities. • Motivated by growth and success, with a sharp vision for advancing within Adobe’s sales leadership track.
