Description

• Support the EXCELSIOR platform’s product development • Gather, document, and verify requirements for clinical trials • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) • Act as primary liaison between SMEs and development team • Translate user stories and business needs into actionable requirements • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma • Five (5) years of work experience in health related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service or business management field • Oncology clinical trial background • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow direction • Ability to assess company needs and work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Ability to troubleshoot new applications • Ability to learn company specific software • Professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment • Experience with clinical trial imaging software and/or familiarity with DICOM standards • Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication
