Description

• Sell Agilent Mass Spectrometry systems to commercial, government, and academic institutions • Serve as the MS expert for customers and internal collaborators • Create and develop MS opportunities with successful strategies to increase presence in labs • Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle • Build customer relationships and negotiate complex sales transactions • Provide market and product feedback to R&D • Handle complex demands and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction while exceeding sales goals

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Chemistry, Biology or similar scientific discipline • 4 or more years of combined experience in Biotech, Pharma or similar industry with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience • Sales, end user or service experience with LC/MS and/or GC/MS • Experience collaborating with internal teams and resources • Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers • Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Experience presenting to groups of varying size • Preferred professional certification or experience with strategic selling
