📋 Description

•You’ll join our Product team reporting to our VP of Product and work at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. •As a Lead Product Manager, you will be an individual contributor playing a key role in both defining strategy and driving the roadmap to strengthen our B2B/B2C advertising products while innovating with an AI-first approach. •This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic investment in an AI-first product transformation. •Joining us means being at the forefront of AI and advertising innovation, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our AI-driven product ecosystem. •This is a high-impact role that allows you to innovate with cutting-edge technologies and work with a team that values growth, creativity, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

•9+ years of experience in product management, with expertise in AI-driven solutions and B2B advertising. •Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI-powered product experiences that drive customer value and business results. •An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize products. Your ability to identify key success metrics and leverage insights will play a critical role in ensuring the product meets both customer needs and business objectives. •Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and leadership teams. You’ll be an advocate for innovation, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard while driving alignment within teams. •A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple cross-functional dependencies. You’ll need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that innovative features are prioritized and delivered effectively.
