📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who has solid experience in designing and implementing the full life cycle recruiting process for a performance marketing network in an international setting. • You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, tap into networks and introduce innovative recruitment methods. • In this senior role, you have the opportunity to build on a strong culture with a flat hierarchy and take our current practices to the next level as you see fit to support and scale AdStart Media to meet significant growth goals.
🎯 Requirements
• English fluency is a must. • 3+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition role within a lean, fast-paced work environment. • 2+ year experience as Talent Acquisition in a performance marketing network or direct advertiser. • Self-driven and proactive spirit with a track record of initiative taking and effective project management. • An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities.
