β€’ Provide administrative support for the leadership team β€’ Answer phones, respond to emails, and resolve issues β€’ Manage corporate asset inventory β€’ Coordinate ordering of office equipment supplies β€’ Support College Program, including scheduling interviews and onboarding interns β€’ Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Experience booking corporate travel, including luxury hotels and airfare β€’ Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience OR an associate degree in general office occupations and one year of relevant experience β€’ Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance β€’ Excellent writing, organizational, planning, and communication skills
