Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field • 1-2 years of investment banking experience • Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for mission-driven work
