Description

• Supports applications to serve business needs and participates in the full development lifecycle for team applications and projects. • Supports automated systems via the construction and testing of applications within area(s) of specialization. • Partners with senior team members to identify the business needs and appropriate technical solutions. • Assists the business in determining the best technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes. • Evaluates the configuration, implementation and maintenance of the technical requirements for the current development, staging and production environments. • Analyzes work processes and troubleshoots operational problems. • Executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans. • Assists in developing technology standards. • Serves as a direct liaison to functional process owners and subject matter experts. • Completes tasks by due dates or documents variances and alerts management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields or preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree. • 1 year Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or 1 year Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Healthcare or equivalent experience. • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data. • Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self motivated and self disciplined. • Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications. • Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
