📋 Description
•At Advocate, our mission is to empower Americans to obtain the government support they've earned. •Aims to reduce long wait times and bureaucratic obstacles of the application process. •Developing a unified intake system for the Social Security Administration utilizing AI and machine learning. •Seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new claimants through initial application steps. •Will handle the intake process, ensuring form accuracy and filing appeals for denied clients. •Focus will be on creating fully-developed initial applications for SSA submission. •Pass cases to Case Manager after initial steps are completed without managing ongoing caseload.
🎯 Requirements
•Experience with Social Security disability processes, including filing IAs, appeals, and completing DDS/SSA forms, is highly desired. •Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. •Persistent approach to keeping clients moving through the onboarding process efficiently. •Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and timely submission of forms.
