• Assist in managing and maintaining all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare invoices and send them to clients, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and complete, and that they are sent out on time • Reconcile all financial accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records • Support in prepare and managing budgets for the organization, ensuring that all expenses are within the budget and that any variances are identified and addressed • Assist with preparing the financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete, and that they are submitted on time • Assist with payroll processing and ensure that all payroll transactions are accurate and complete • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • Experience using accounting software • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
