• Project Manager / Engineer – Seismic Risk Services • Perform Seismic Risk Assessments of existing commercial properties • Review structural plans and geotechnical reports • Make recommendations for seismic retrofit and probable costs • Write clear and concise seismic risk assessment reports • Conduct public records research regarding building permit history • Manage multiple projects • Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses

Requirements

• 10 years of structural design experience • 5 years of experience designing seismic retrofit of buildings • 3 years of experience performing SRAs • Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types preferred • Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and building types • Advanced writing and communication skills • Willingness to travel if necessary • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines and Property Needs Assessments a plus
