Description

• National Client Manager position in HUD Environmental Services • Managing large national accounts • Building direct client relationships • Serving as primary environmental lead for national accounts • Ensuring all projects meet client goals and scope expectations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing and reviewing environmental due diligence projects • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines • Extensive knowledge in assessing various property types • Experience in evaluating environmental regulatory cases • State regulatory knowledge is a plus • Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus • Advanced writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills • Personable and able to communicate with all levels • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work on multiple projects • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • Experience with managing vendors and subcontractors a plus • Bidding and project cost estimation a plus
