Description

• Coordinates and performs field activities associated with project tasks as directed • Field tasks may include sample and data collection, measurements, inspections, data recording construction and related tasks • Work towards independent management of projects and the completion of at least two ASTM Phase II ESAs per week • Prepares proposals and reports • Develops subcontractor relationships and assists with the onboarding of new subcontractors • Maintains or exceeds applicable utilization goals • Obtains and adheres to the Company required Health and Safety Training Program and Practices

Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 4 years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence investigations (Phase II assessments) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong business acumen • Flexibility to work in a team environment and as an individual contributor and project manager • Willingness and ability to perform a wide range of project tasks • Ability to think critically through a project from conception to completion • A self-starter, resourceful, with an attention to detail
