📋 Description

• AEM is the global leader in innovative mission critical weather, wildfire and water monitoring solutions. • The Operational Business Data Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making processes. • Analyze complex data sets, develop insightful reports, and improve operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. • Experience in an operational or business analyst role is highly desirable. • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling. • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
