📋 Description

• Pre-sales Project Management (75% of the time): Ability to submit proposals for potential project work Ability to produce estimates into a resource plan Ability to support with submitting RFP's Setting the timeline, budget, and roles for implementing the project Participate and support in client pitches and proposals by preparing project budgets, timelines, and related materials. • Leading the discovery meetings with the potential client and the final proposal presentation with a clear value proposition. • Project Management (25% of the time): Manage and deliver technical projects, products, and apps on budget, on time, on schedule, and to a high degree of customer satisfaction. • Define (with key stakeholders) and manage project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication. • Lead 1 or 2 smaller sized project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation, and inspiration. • Responsible for project revenue management and reporting. • Effectively interact with clients at a variety of levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience managing technical professional services, and digital projects. • A track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships. • Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities, and teams. • Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humor, tact, and professionalism. • Analytical and financial skills to forecast and report revenue, expenses, and project completion milestones.
