Description

• Design and execute R&D activities for AFG. • Maintain an item bank and follow workflows for measures creation. • Conduct field research including cognitive interviews and focus groups. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. • Develop and deploy formative assessment tools impacting field measurements. • Contribute to data analysis and integration of digital infrastructure for research. • Participate in research activities that create assessment measure prototypes. • Support the larger scientific community by participating in publications and presentations.

Requirements

• Degree relevant to social sciences research (education, psychology, sociology). • At least 3 years of professional experience in research projects and management. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. • Experience in educational assessments or community partnerships is advantageous. • Proficient in Google applications, Slack, Asana, Airtable, Notion, Jira, or willingness to learn.
