Requirements

• AI expertise especially around vectors. Ideally has put an AI project into production. • Familiarity with RAG, LLM, semantic search preferred. • Must have been a developer - 5+ years developer with back-end skills in Java, C#, Python, Go, C, Node.js, Rust. (Databases, either SQL or ideally NoSQL, multi-threaded code, ideally distributed systems.) • Subject matter expertise in Generative AI and related technology ecosystem. • Helping upskill developers in the principles, practices, and tools that they need to be successful in AI. • The ability to simplify complex topics into accessible, digestible, effective technical content. • Excellent communicator of complex technical topics which include creating presentations/talks for the public developer community. • Help to build a community of engineers invested in pushing the AI space forward. • Working with a team and people who value clarity, creativity, passion, initiative, and thoughtfulness. • Strong communicator and AI educator for the broader developer community and ecosystem. • Strong collaborator - with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams, as well as our executives. • The ability to regularly engage with community members in forums, chats, or meetups. • Willingness and ability to learn.
