The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing, measuring, and reporting on field programs and events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, translate into pipeline and revenue. • This role requires a blend of creative thinking, project management and problem solving skills, and an understanding of marketing principles with a focus on both physical and online/virtual events. You’ll manage logistics on everything from large trade shows to smaller roadshows, meetups, roundtables, and executive dinners as well as webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of field marketing/marketing programs experience in B2B tech with a proven track record of executing successful programs to deliver pipeline and revenue. • Strong project management with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including knowing how and what to communicate to different stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations/decisions based on data • Proficiency in online event management technology (e.g. GoToWebinar), as well as Google Sheets. • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time including occasional nights and weekends. • Basic experience with Salesforce.com.
