• We are looking for a driven and experienced full-cycle recruiter to help us build a world-class team of autonomous driving and robotics engineers as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports and grow our team. • As a Technical Recruiter at AeroVect, you’ll recruit top talent and play an integral role in building the future of airport automation. • Manage the entire candidate process and experience end-to-end, including all areas of the recruitment process: generating pipelines, screening candidates, hiring, and onboarding new hires. • This role will focus heavily on autonomous driving engineering roles crucial to the success and growth of AeroVect, including localization, perception, planning, and controls.
• An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house preferred • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
