Description

• Lead training and enablement efforts for onboarding Affinity software solutions. • Ensure a seamless onboarding process and optimize software adoption. • Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor. • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs. • Advocate for customers' needs and gather feedback for improvements. • Analyze data to optimize customer adoption and mitigate churn. • Coach and mentor team members in onboarding best practices. • Manage customer implementations from planning to execution. • Develop change management processes for customer transitions. • Personalize onboarding experiences based on customer segments.

Requirements

• 5 years or more experience implementing or consulting clients on SaaS solutions. • Experience with 1:many onboarding methodologies. • Proven experience in onboarding, customer success, customer support, or training roles. • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Strong project management skills. • Deep understanding of customer success metrics. • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem. • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members. • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivery of onboarding experience. • Strong organizational skills with a track record of implementing process improvements.
