📋 Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. • We’re looking for a strategic operator and experienced program manager with a proven track record of overseeing strategy, execution, and oversight of strategic initiatives. • In this role, you’ll manage the People team’s strategic portfolio, ensuring alignment with Affirm’s priorities, tracking progress, and optimizing execution. • You’ll turn ideas into actionable strategies and drive execution across the People team, ensuring clarity, focus, and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a People/HR function. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for senior leaders. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively. • Ability to identify risks, streamline processes, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinker with attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and demonstrated ability to ask the right questions when collaborating with key stakeholders. • Experience working with senior leaders and executives, with the ability to influence and build alignment across all levels of the organization. • Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools is a plus.
