β€’ As a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (PBP), serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving talent strategies and enhancing people performance. β€’ Take the lead in shaping people strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. β€’ Partner with senior executives to design and execute talent strategies that support business growth and enhance capability. β€’ Provide guidance on organizational design and talent architecture to ensure alignment at an enterprise-wide level. β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people challenges, coaching them for improved performance. β€’ Lead comprehensive talent management strategies, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders aligned with business needs. β€’ Define and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with evolving business goals. β€’ Collaborate with the broader People team to drive organizational culture initiatives reinforcing a high-performance mindset. β€’ Leverage advanced people analytics for insights into workforce trends and key performance metrics. β€’ Drive large-scale organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth integration during transformations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior People Business Partner or similar HR leadership role, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth environment. β€’ Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and change management. β€’ Proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic people initiatives. β€’ Exceptional business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with overarching business objectives. β€’ Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and deliver people-related insights to senior leadership. β€’ Deep understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and best practices for creating inclusive workplace cultures. β€’ Proven ability to lead and influence large-scale organizational change and transformation efforts. β€’ Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
