Description

•Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly •The Card Checkout team is responsible for the Checkout experience for the Card products of Affirm •As a Senior Software Engineer at Affirm, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex software systems •Lead the design, development, and deployment of software systems and applications •Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software development or engineering, with a deep understanding of system design and architecture •Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) •Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL), web frameworks, and RESTful API development •Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills •Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities •Strong verbal and written communication skills
