• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly • The Contact Experience team builds and maintains customer-facing platforms • Empower customers with guided contact journeys for personalized support • Collaborate with tech lead to break down projects and ensure timely delivery • Write high-quality code and create/support metrics for operations • Contribute to the community by participating in interviews

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience in front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages like Python or Kotlin • Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes • Ability to take a simple problem into a solution with multiple software components • Comfortable navigating a large code base and participating in code reviews • Proactive in seeking feedback for personal growth • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration
