• Safari Expert: In-depth knowledge of Greater Kruger, Kruger National Park, and Madikwe Game Reserve with a passion for wildlife. • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations. • Sales Pro: Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets. • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

That's why our top guys earn waaay more than R100k a month! • Salary Option1 • Basic+Commission+Incentives+Bonuses • This is the most common starting place for any top performer at ASG. • Your basic is one of 10 different options (levels of earning) and no matter where you start you can always ascent based on your performance. • Basic salaries are tied to sales targets (higher basic higher target) • Commissions are tied to Gross Profit (a flat rate) • Incentives is tied to reaching certain milestones (you'll love 'em) • Bonuses (we love giving away cash) • Salary Option 2 • Commission only (300% higher than salaried staff) + incentives + bonuses • Truth be told, this option is only for the best sales consultants, that back themselves and that want maximum reward for whatever sales they make.
