📋 Description
• The Fundraising Manager position is a revenue generating position that oversees all the fundraising efforts within an assigned geographic area. • The position reports to an Executive Director, is part of the Chapter Operations Team, and works closely with the National Development Department and key event volunteers. • The Fundraising Manager is responsible for significant growth in revenue and for ensuring there is a strong volunteer base for all fundraising events.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Experience and/or Training: Proven track record showing substantial growth generating revenue for nonprofit health organizations through P2P fundraising events. • Minimum 4 years professional experience working in non-profit special event fundraising. • Previous volunteer development and management experience overseeing multiple walk/fundraising committees with at least 2-3 committee members each. • Proven track record securing monetary sponsorships. • Must possess technology literacy skills and ability to leverage social media platforms to enhance marketing.

• Annual salary range: $60,000 - 75,000 • 22 PTO (vacation, sick, wellness and personal days) your first year of employment (5 additional days 2nd year) • Company Sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP) • 10% employer retirement contribution after 2 years of employment • Flexible Summer Fridays • 11 Holidays
