📋 Description
• Documenting data relationships and write basic SQL statements • Implementing and managing standard testing procedures for system changes • Facilitating requirement sessions with team members and building comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests • Facilitating user acceptance testing, documenting the test results, and helping procure business approvals • Working with business owners/SMEs to understand automation opportunities and analyze them to identify process changes that need to happen • Performing root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues • Actively participating in project phases and report status updates to the Project Manager, including feasibility, requirements, development, quality assurance (QA), implementation, and maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP reporting tools (Workday, SAP, Oracle) • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Public Sector clients, including federal, state, or local government, and higher education institutions • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders • Strong knowledge of ERP modules and integration with reporting tools and third-party datasets • Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems • Knowledge/experience with Agile methodologies
