β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce eye-catching graphics across platforms including landing pages, blog imagery, social media, infographics, CRM, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns that align with marketing goals and branding. β€’ Enhance the user experience and conversion rates by creating engaging visuals, infographics, and illustrations for blog posts, articles, and landing pages. β€’ Boost customer engagement and retention with captivating imagery for email marketing campaigns and personalized content for CRM. β€’ Optimize infographics and visual assets for web use, ensuring consistency across WordPress websites and marketing materials. β€’ Present complex information in an easily digestible manner to key stakeholders through data visualization techniques. β€’ Maintain fresh and engaging content by experimenting with different formats and styles, tracking success metrics for creative to duplicate and scale across platforms. β€’ Work closely with Senior Director of Growth and Director of Brand & Communications to test ad creatives weekly to identify high-performing visuals and adjust as needed to ensure that all visual content contributes to user engagement and supports the narrative. β€’ Create animated GIFs, dynamic videos, and other short-form visual content that can be used across digital platforms, and update and maintain a library of reusable visual assets. β€’ Stay up to date on current design trends to innovate in visual storytelling. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams made up of internal and external personnel to ensure visual content aligns with overall brand strategy.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 Years of experience in graphic design, specifically in marketing design β€’ Experience in Digital Health Space β€’ Proficient in using visualization tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects β€’ Experience with design and animation software such as Figma or other similar tools β€’ Understanding of HTML/CSS to design landing pages β€’ Proven and successful track record in creating and optimizing ad creatives for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). β€’ Innovative content creation mindset β€’ Strong Portfolio showcasing a range of marketing specific design work, including ad creatives, infographics, and animated content β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
