• Develop and execute community engagement strategies on Facebook Groups and LinkedIn • Create and curate compelling content to generate discussions and increase community participation • Moderate discussions, respond to comments, and provide guidance to community members • Identify influencer partnerships and collaborate on content creation to drive community growth • Monitor community activity and analyze engagement metrics to measure the success of community initiatives • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing strategies

Requirements

• Prior experience in community management, preferably on Facebook Groups and LinkedIn • Strong understanding of sales and marketing industry and related topics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate about building and nurturing online communities • Self-motivated and ability to work independently • Experience in content creation and curation • Knowledge of social media analytics to track community engagement metrics • Positive and engaging online presence • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
