📋 Description
• Lead and manage in a role responsible for supporting EA&D in Business Analysis activities • Part of a team performing requirements gathering, business case development, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing coordination • Focus on delivery of high-quality releases while improving client experience and employee engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 8+ years of experience navigating software development environments • Proven hands-on experience creating workflows and specifications • 8+ years leading a Business Analysis and Quality assurance or testing team • 5+ years designing, building, implementing, and executing regression testing • Experience with test management and test automation tools, such as Zephyr and Selenium or Cypress • Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used for test automation, such as Java or Python • Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
