📋 Description
• Strategic Business Development: Identify and prioritize high-value market opportunities aligned with Agile Dream Team's vision and objectives. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the existing customer base. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools, to manage and track each stage of the process. • Consulting and Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions. • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to delve into client requirements and align software solutions with their strategic goals. • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Solution Analysis and Design: Conduct gap analyses to identify client needs and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design software solutions that meet client requirements. • Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication. • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to identify competitor strengths and weaknesses and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation and growth opportunities. • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay abreast of the latest developments.
