📋 Description
• COVU is looking for an Insurance Business Analyst (Applied Epic & Operations) to serve as a bridge between business needs, insurance workflows, and technical implementation. • Analyze insurance workflows across policy management, renewals, billing, accounting, and more to optimize processes. • Configure and maintain Epic to support business needs, ensuring proper workflows, security, and integrations. • Train internal and external teams on Epic best practices and new features. • Maintain data accuracy and compliance across Epic and integrated systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of independent insurance agencies and P&C workflows in the U.S., including policy management, renewals, billing, and accounting. • Hands-on expertise in Applied Epic, including system configurations, workflows, downloads, integrations, and automation. • Ability to gather business requirements, document functional specs, and translate them into Epic configurations or engineering tasks. • Experience training and supporting agents, agency owners, and internal teams on Epic best practices. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and engineering.
