Description

• Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of Pathology & Genomics systems solutions. • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems. • Perform maintenance and repairs. • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to ensure satisfaction. • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions. • Deliver integrated solutions, including peripherals and applications software. • Provide accurate and timely reporting of service jobs.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years’ experience as customer facing Field Service Engineer, preferably with experience on Medical Devices, Laboratory equipment or similar robotic/electromechanics and fluidics equipment. • Good experience with Computer/Software/Server connected and operated equipment. • Proactive and self-driven; curiosity and willingness to learn new products. • Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication. • Enjoy travelling and visiting customers. • Proficient level of Spanish and English.
