Description

• As a Field Service Representative, install, repair, and train on GC and GCMS instrumentation for clients • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions • Adhere to health and safety guidelines • Manage parts and coordinate resources • Provide technical training and workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or equivalent • 4+ years of relevant job experience • Strong logical troubleshooting skills • Operator level experience with GC, GCMS, GC-QQQ or GC-QTOF is required • Application knowledge is needed • Ability to solve high impact problems related to customer's hardware, software or application • Solution focused • Genomics experience a plus • Strong customer relationship skills are needed • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time • Must comply with Federal/Provincial government reliability clearance check when required • Must comply with drug/alcohol testing for site access when required • Bilingual French-English mandatory
