•CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY •This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), and Microsoft 365 administration. As an Intermediate Microsoft Endpoint Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions, supporting the organization's efforts to ensure secure and efficient endpoint management and productivity.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with exposure to Microsoft Intune, MDM, or Microsoft 365 administration. •Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, and settings for endpoint management. •Basic understanding of endpoint security concepts and tools, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus but not required. •Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth, with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in Microsoft endpoint technologies.
