Description

• As a Field Service Engineer in Laboratory Informatics, you will be the primary technical contact supporting customers with on-site software and network installations, maintenance, and repairs in laboratory environments. • You will ensure the optimal performance of Agilent’s informatics solutions, advise on configurations and preventive maintenance, and provide training on OpenLab software and data management best practices. • Act as the main technical point of contact for internal and external informatics project stakeholders. • Ensure the technical success of projects through proactive consulting and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, with in-depth knowledge of informatics. • 4+ years of relevant experience, including work with laboratory data management in analytical, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical settings. • Strong expertise in Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, Networking, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS); Citrix experience preferred. • Proficient in database backup and restoration. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Fluency in English.
