Description

• Support customers with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions. • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems. • Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and configurations. • Proactively address potential equipment issues. • Deliver integrated solutions including software, hardware, and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in science field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology). • 4+ years of experience in a similar position or as an end-user. • Experience with LC/LCMS is highly preferred. • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving. • Clarity in verbal and written communication. • Willingness to travel and visit customers. • Valid driver's license.
