📋 Description

•Understand market and customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the Engineering team •Support Channel Partners for white-label or API solutions •Act as a customer advocate and work collaboratively with our Agile software development team and other stakeholders •Define requirements and evaluate development progress to ensure valuable business outcomes •Possess a deep understanding of end-to-end customer experience, product integration, and dependencies •Collaborate with stakeholders during product visioning and concept development •Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure maximum business value is achieved •Work with Product Marketing to articulate the products value and positioning •Develop detailed specifications for product features, ensuring clarity for the development teams •Support the Channel Partner Sales team by onboarding new partners and assisting with API integration and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

•2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment •Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) •Experience working with SaaS products and API integrations •Demonstrated experience using data analytics, web analytics, A/B testing, and other quantitative techniques to guide product decisions •Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both external users and internal teams •Proficiency in Wireframing/Prototyping and User Testing tools •Experience with JIRA and Confluence •A problem solver who can navigate challenges and find hybrid solutions that meet stakeholder needs •Self-starter with strong leadership, project planning, and organizational skills •Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decision-making •Curious and experimental approach, collecting feedback at every stage to refine solutions •Experience within the PR software and newswire industry is an asset
