• About The Role: We are seeking an ERP Administrator with experience implementing, managing, and optimizing ERP systems. • ERP Implementation: Assist in the technical deployment of the Infor LN ERP system within a high-tech manufacturing environment. • Tailored System Configuration: Adapt the ERP system to effectively support specialized robotics manufacturing and supply chain processes. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams. • Data Management: Oversee data migration, focusing on accuracy and security. • Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to tackle integration challenges. • User Empowerment: Empower users across departments through training and support. • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve system performance and user experience. • Security and Compliance: Ensure the ERP system adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Experienced: You have 10 years of experience managing and configuring ERP systems in a high-tech or discrete manufacturing environment. • Educated: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing / Operations, or a related field. • Problem Solver: You excel at troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. • Team Player: You have outstanding communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively across various teams. • Detail-oriented: You pay close attention to detail and are committed to delivering excellence in your work. • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can quickly adjust to new technologies and processes. • Nice to have: Thorough understanding of the specific challenges of integrating ERP systems in manufacturing. • Prior experience with Infor LN or Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise • Project management skills are an added advantage.
