📋 Description

• Agility Robotics is a pioneer. Our robot, Digit, is the first to be sold into workplaces across the globe. • Our team is differentiated by its expertise in imagining, engineering, and delivering robots with advanced mobility, dexterity, intelligence, and efficiency -- robots specifically designed to work alongside people, in spaces built for people. • Our product team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented product manager to join our agile, world-class team. • As Product Manager, you will define requirements for subsets of the software stack and support customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) a plus. • 3+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in robotics, devices, IoT, or AI products for B2B. • Managed the lifecycle of a software product through multiple release cycles. • A strong customer focus for understanding customer needs and translating them into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements. • Strong experience in tactical execution—breaking down high-level goals into detailed, actionable features and managing them through to completion. • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and Jira initiatives/epics for feature definition. • Experience managing a product backlog and iterative software releases. • Analytical skills to quantify impact of features and utilize data for prioritization. • Experience in Agile development, having served as Product Owner on multiple scrum teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working with a remote team. • Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or related industries. • Experience working with humanoid robot platforms, or any robotics-related hardware development. • Familiarity with robot software, simulation, and testing platforms. • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
