• Launch and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ad campaigns • Ensure funnels/websites are working and setup correctly ready for traffic • Optimize, split test, and create campaigns, audiences, and ads • Create ad copy documents, shopping experience audit, audience builds and creatives. • Work with Account Managers and strategy team managers to grow client accounts and maintain client satisfaction • Adopt a proactive approach by identifying the action items needed from the client or Growth Specialist. • Don’t wait when it’s urgent—be innovative and ready to pivot quickly • Think critically about your accounts and implement strategies that fit each client • Request new content from the client or our internal content team or find it from the client’s website/social media • Ensure we are not running out of stock or out of season products in our campaigns and that all ads are relevant • Offer suggestions for increased efficiency/effectiveness in regards to services provided by the agency and the agency’s SOPs and processes • Daily and weekly reporting that includes key details on the accounts and provides insights to the client on a variety of topics, including but not limited to content, strategy and budget • Stay knowledgeable about the KPIs and goals your client expects, and ensure you provide comprehensive reports on these metrics. • Ensure that bi-weekly gut checks are completed to stay aware of your account performance. • Provide detailed reports to management to facilitate support and adjustments as needed. • Update KPI sheets based on your ad account's performance and ensure accurate reporting on these metrics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Facebook and/or TikTok ads experience (ideally within eCommerce) • Experience managing multi-level Facebook/TikTok ad funnels - boosting posts isn’t enough! • General knowledge of paid traffic, digital marketing, and funnels • Experience with Facebook Product Catalogs and DPA/Catalog ads • Learn new tools and strategies quickly • Strong problem solving, analytical, creative, and communication skills • Able to think critically about your accounts • Being proactive with accounts and not waiting for instructions to be given to them • Drives the conversation around strategy with the team • Be able to give direction on what is needed in the account • Highly responsive
